Access to Vellum Court is via a remote control key which will open the main gates to the parking area where there is a single reserved space for the apartment. Walk through the passage way into the enclosed complex of ten character converted properties.
No 2 Vellum Court is the first floor apartment but it has it's own front door. Walk up the stairs and the family bathroom can be found on the right hand side with bath/shower, toilet, heated towel rail and basin.
Enter the main living area which is a large open plan living room, dinning area and stunning kitchen. You will have a refreshing feeling of space in this room with it's magnificent high beamed ceiling and four large windows.
