A Unique Property

Access to Vellum Court is via a remote control key which will open the main gates to the parking area where there is a single reserved space for the apartment.  Walk through the passage way into the enclosed complex of ten character converted properties.

No 2 Vellum Court is the first floor apartment but it has it's own front door.  Walk up the stairs and the family bathroom can be found on the right hand side with bath/shower, toilet, heated towel rail and basin.

Enter the main living area which is a large open plan living room, dinning area and stunning kitchen.  You will have a refreshing feeling of space in this room with it's magnificent high beamed ceiling and four large windows.  The kitchen boasts brand new and high specification appliances throughout finished with a granite worktop and French oak doors on the units.

The three bedrooms all lead off from the main living area.  Bedroom one is a double bedroom that benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.  Bedroom two is a twin bedded room with a large floor plan but please be aware this room has a slopping ceiling which drops off to become very low to one side. Bedroom three is a small single room.

The apartment can be found to the south of Havant town centre which is less than five minutes away on foot.  The town centre is well equipped with a Waitrose supermarket, several pleasant pubs, the Meridian shopping mal and street market every Saturday.  Havant train station is ten minutes walk, with good rail links to London to the north, Portsmouth to the west and Chichester and the south coast to the East.

Springwell Havant is the site of an ancient parchment and leather works that operated from before the time of the Magna Carta in 1215 until 1936.

The conversions comprise of six buildings, each unique in their form and function as a former industrial works. The buildings are named after the crafts which took place within them.

The entire Springwell site has been designated a grade II listed conservation area.
